For the sake of a couple extra quid over a plain one, I reckon it's worth it - especially if you're planning on selling the car and want standard, normal, looking keys.
Mine was on the door step as I just got home, funnily enough. Seems to be of pretty good quality; the plastic is a little thinner than the stock key, but the logo is spot on (actually a bit more shiny gold than the original, and the Denso sticker has all the right numbers on it. The blade is a little bit longer, in total, than the standard one, but the grooves and flares all appear to be the same dimensions, so it should be absolutely fine.

One was to test to see how well they were made before deciding if it was worth getting the second one cut. I know that sounds a little OTT, But I've had cheap keys held together with super glue and insulation tape after only a few months in the past, and at a shade over 2 quid each I thought getting two and seeing what it took to break one was a reasonable option.
The only difference I can see between this one and a genuine Lexus key is that when you break all the plastic off the Lexus key it's a sort of "T" shape with wings inside the plastic to spread the load when you're turning it in the barrel. The copy's blade is parallel with a couple of indents in the sides of the blade to keep it from coming out of the plastic. The copy's a much weaker design, But it still took a fairly impressive amount of abuse before the blade finally started to wobble slightly in the plastic.
I've been using the one I got cut (10 quid at a little key place in Chipping Sodbury. I thought it was going to cost a lot more than than that) for 6 months now, and it's still perfectly fine.
