Swap my IS200 for an IS250...yes or no?
Swap my IS200 for an IS250...yes or no?
Me and Rabster have been talking about these, all specs mind from the SE to the ISFSport
We both agreed there great cars but if it didn't have the screen in the center and the leather and all those bits I wouldn't want one as said above adding all these bits cost more money.
And it would have to be white just becasue I love the colour
I'm not overly fussed about the MM pack with the centre console screen etc. It's more the external look of it I want to be right, and the IS250 SR just has all the right bits to finish it off for me.
The other thing I've found is that only the SE-L comes standard with the MM package, but it also has wood trim and some other bits I don't like. In an ideal world I'd like an SR with the screen, but that would probably cost a fortune and be hard to find.
And I don't think the SR comes in white either, but either that or black would be really nice. White with black rims really does it for me. lol
Fabric interior in a Lexus - just shouldn't be allowed, that's like having a manual Mercedes - criminal.
Yee the black one does look the nuts, but I agree the interior lets it down. Ideally I'd love an interior like my IS200 with the half leather Alacantra seats.
Sorry to bring up old post, well bit old anyway lol Im thinking of doing this few years time, 2 years tops, my dads got IS250 Se auto, he said when he wants new car then sell to me, driven the IS250, very different to IS250 imo, not as sporty handling but thats no bad thing and feels abit heavier even though its more powerful than the 1G-FE IS200, if i wont get my dads one then i find one for sale myself, its got to be auto from reviews i heard, + the paddle shift auto in my dads car = wow ! the manual is more suited to the IS200, thats my opinion ! if not then 350z, my dad did also suggest i go euro Audi or BMW, dont really want to unless i test drive and convinced but somehow i want to stay jap and even suggested diesel as my next car, err no thanks !
