So I had an awful noise and vibration coming what I thought was coming from the NSF , previous owner said that NSF had new bearing and cv joint , after a couple of weeks of putting up with the noise I decided to get involved

We'll the NSF was good

The osf...... Well!!!

First I checked the driveshaft for play and it fell out of the outer cv joint :/ not good

So I had a nightmare sourcing a cv joint and they were crazy expensive from nissan. Pulled off the whole shaft to take to a driveshaft specialist to see if he could rebuild mine witch he didn't recommend but did it for me anyway as I was on a budget thanx h j chard and nissan wanted a small fortune for a new complete driveshaft Sad however after I put it back on the noise was still there
Managed to source a DS from up north for a nice price and bought myself a wheel bearing

Took the old 1 out [Image: nusa5y2e.jpg][Image: dy8e7a9a.jpg]

Not a pretty site, the thing was mangled, after sum persuasion I managed to get the old out and the new in and now my car drives and sounds just like a car lol

This was a relatively easy job to do I was quite surprised in the end, any 1 need any help on this subject I'm happy to help out Smile
