Hi.. sorry I have been on holidays.

Yep it's running perfectly no oil leaks etc. I have put 3000kms on it so far and oil is still clean.

It took me about 8 weeks total as I work shifts and can only work on it 3 days out of 10. If during that time I need to order parts then that's a block lost.

I ordered most things from Germany via a parts handler. I used partsrunner.de but shopped around many sites.

The biggest issue is the valve stem buckets. The engine doesn't use shims. Toyota want approx £35 each. In the USA and Japan it's about £7. I lost a lot of time ordering from USA as the dealer said they had everything in stock but really didn't. I then found a Japanese site and they were fantastic.

Make sure to have a very good set of feeler gauges and also use OEM injector seals as the ones that come in gasket kits are too small and leak!

No real part numbers as shims are all different.

In total it cost me about 400 euros to replace all valves and have the head vacuum tested.

Oh there is a special 9mm bihex tool needed for the cylinder head bolts also! The manual says 10 and 12mm they lie !
