My girlfriend bought me a vi monitor for my xmas it plugs into the obdII port however my car doesnt have 1 as it was made in 1997.:crying: JUst wanted some more ideas on how to fit it? Was just going to get an obdII port out a smashed car and try get plug to fit the diagnostics, figure out wot does wot and then run wires to both of them so i can just plug it in. not sure wot else to try? any ideas??????

03-12-2016, 08:17 AM #2I think you will need the whole wiring loom and ECU (ECU'S) from a car with an OBD2 port, they are very complex things.
