You could also try Pro Lex if you want, but i am not sure if there are any left in Stock.
From what I know there is also an Austria tuner that sells exhaust manifolds. Have a look at Abactus and Spoon posts for more information.
Or you could buy a DKNE exhaust manifold from Australia like what I did.

If you have the OEM exhaust manifold you could just remove the precats and just fit a piece of tube as a substitute. Cheapest solution i believe. Another solution is to go for an aftermarket ready solution. They are only a few in the market. Here is one i found in UK:
