also, have a look at the wash label before you send it back cos if the label itself has faded it would suggest that it has been washed at a temp too high, and some retailers may check for this, altho most are not clued up on wash instructions
however, if it fades and runs when washed correctly then I imagine its happened to loads of shirts by now and it'll probably appear on watchdog anyway lol
just return them to the retailer if they have colour run,

Carpediem Looks identical mate, checked it against my mates one from JJB and its nigh on poifect
his has alaso ran int he wash
i washed mine superhot last night and still no colour run/fade
