While Phil said the Cupra's look best in yellow the paint fades like crazy so check each body panel carefully as quite often then can all be a different colour!
It's got the toyosport intercooler on it from what I can tell and it has a good rep for a £250 intercooler kit (the best which is forge is £600) but the pipe work is quite long so quite a bit more lag. The reason it is cheap is that it's not the best design [read chinese] and sticks out from the bumper like you can see.
Check what uprated dog bone mount is on it as a powerflex poly one makes the car vibrate a lot. [I have THS rubber one.]
It's also been lowered quite heavily so would want to know what suspension it has and if the anti roll bars have been upgraded as they will knock on the drive shaft if they haven't. It will most likely be pretty stiff if that low unless it has really expensive suspension [koni fsd on eibach would be my choice @ £700ish hence im still on standard suspension]
tbh you will miss the comfort and smoothness of the Lexus and the interior as standard is not the nicest of places to be [I have full leather and most of the toys like electric folding mirrors and auto dimming mirror.] However when the turbo kicks in it is awesome, plus off boost I have had 30mpg round town around 10 more than the lexus.

Right well for a start unless he's got a hybrid or GT2x turbo then there is no way he has 265bhp. He's most likely got 230-240 on a stage 2 map with full turbo back exhaust, fmic and induction kit

Iv'e had the Lexus for just over 2 years but still have a wee look over my shoulder after iv'e parked up, and it still makes me happy. Iv'e done quite a few mods myself which makes it feel like it's MINE and i think i'd be gutted to see someone else drive it.
I'd be sick if i went ahead with the swap then realised i'd made the wrong decision, so after a bit of toing and froing, i'm going to stick with Lexus.
