i put on near enough a stone and went from 14st to 15st in a fortnight pretty much
lack of gym and eating discipline is what im blaming haha

Now a healthy 99KG. 1st time under 100kg for years!!

any plans to shift the added weight? apart from phil lol
im on the slimfast diet and going gym again, monitoring my calorie intake on a handy iphone app that tracks everything and tells me if im not getting enough of certain nutrients etc, im only in the red for fibre which i need more of,
