hi all,

A request please........

I would like some people to look at something and then give some feedback.

With the bonnet open, and when the steering is turned, how much does the steering rack move?

i replaced the bushes but still think the movement is excessive.

If anyone is a buddy movie maker, a close up video would be excellent so i can compare.

yep... tell me about it!!! i have changed a fair amount of parts, some to try cure the knock, but tha majority is because i had most of the things apart so why not. I did the inner track rod ends this afternoon - took an hour inc getting on a lift and taking the trays off etc.

ill have a look at the parts listing for a drawing of the rack , but worst case to get me thru the vehicle inspection here ill pop some polyurethane bushes in.
