I've got a set of dials from my LS400 that I was going to use but I've now changed my mind. They are 'Optitron' gauges so they light up with CCFL tubes and have LED needles. I have the complete cluster, and all the wiring connectors for it with wire tails on. The display also has a small screen in it but I'm not sure you if you can do much with that - it is a separate part inside the dials so easily removable/replaceable.

There is a bit of damage to the 'hood' over the top of the dials but this isn't an issue if you were to swap them into something else.

Don't have a photo of mine specifically but they look like this:

This photo doesn't do them justice really, they are REALLY bright!

You can sort of see them in this video

My intention was to fit the dials into the MR2 cluster to achieve something like this:

ODO was 117,000 miles.

Here are some pictures of the unit. These are quite big images so that you can see detail:

Hood off:

Hood (some damage top right as you can see - irrelevant if you're installing into an MR2's cluster):

Rear of unit with main board removed. You can see the membrane wiring for the warning lights, 4 connection points for each dial and the white and red wiring connectors for the CCFL tubes that light up the dials:

Multi-display is a separate part, easily removed:

Unit with screen removed:

Rear of unit with main PCB reattached - like the MR2 cluster it uses long screws to transmit signals through to the gauges. This PCB also contains the inverter circuitry for the CCFL tubes:

Unit completely assembled including multi-display PCB:
