I'm still not totally sure if it was worth the effort, But the worst case scenario is if I don't like the look of them on the car I can just get my original Aero's done darker.

Well, 3 weeks back I got a second set of Aero's off Ebay. I cleaned them up, had them chemically stripped and then powder coated.

Up to the point of dropping them off I was still playing with the idea of getting them done in a very dark metallic grey......... But I bottled it at the last minute ! :whistling:

In the end I went from having rims that are a bit lighter than the cars bodywork to ones that are a slightly darker silver than the car.....
