Hi, at the garage at the moment fitting the Jun flywheel and TRD clutch kit. It is a nightmare to remove the gearbox from the engine! Also the oem flywheel bolts are long for the Jun flywheel. I forgot this small point. Well i have to have them cut unfortunately. Pics will follow later.
Ok as I stated above, a few hours ago I installed the flywheel and clutch kit. And what can I say. I am speechless. This mod is a MUST if you have a supercharger. The car has totally transformed. You can feel the power of the car going to the road and of course it leaves you with a big smile. The acceleration is something else. Lightweight flywheel, upgraded clutch kit, supercharer kit and short shift kit is a must for a Lexus IS200. Now on the road the clutch is a bit more hard to press to change gears but i got used to it very fast. Also it is to drive in traffic. The car does not kick when i start from stop and also during reverse-parking. I can only say now that the clutch now engages from almust the start and not half way of its travel.
Here are pics during installation:

looks good mate!
A small update regarding the Jun flywheel. It still works fine and gives me a big smile when I hammer my foot on the throttle. From the experience i had up to know I can say that in traffic jams and up hills the car drives ok, probably it has a lot of power so I do not need to press more the throttle or change gear to overcome any hill. The only problem I have met up to know is to park at a hill or start from full stop at a big incline. In both cases I had to rev the engine a bit before I left my foot from the clutch, otherwise the engine will turn off.
BTW yesterday I kicked an OCTAVIA RS 270BHP (it had a revo ecu/map and a miltek exhaust) from stop and I did the same with a fully tuned Civic Type R, around 260BHP. The IS is sick now...it gives me a big smile!!!
Damaged the TTE fiberglass bumper today on a pavement. I just touched the pavement and a small piece broke off the lip. This is what happens if you use fiberglass unfortunately. Now I have to arrange to fit the OEM bumper, paint the TRD lip and fit also the sport grille.
