ummmmmm the panels with the small cut outs would be NON vented right? Cars running and intake that need air shouldn't be running those panels, you need the panel with the cutout in it ie VENTED. Vented panels bring the excess air off the radiator into the intake, the panels with no cutout are for turbo or sc'd cars that supply their own power and air.

Not sure if blocking the radiator air is that much of a big deal or not, but it's food for thought.

People choose the un cut one for nicer lines the air difference is minimal
