sprinter2012 TDi Katana Decat Exhaust Manifold - http://tdi-plc.com/blog/02/09/2008/lexus...-manifold/

I thought the only product made by Pr0lex with the name 'Katana' was a nice shiny strut brace they used to make which was fully polished and has holes cut out all the way along, looked like a semi modern...well, Katana.

Something like the one I got off Posty? Maybe needs a polish though

not unless you modify the bell housing and mountings i dont think there is could be wrong though, would it be easier to fit a different differential and change the final gear ratio, shorter final ratio for quicker acceleration and longer for top end, theres a few on ebay to look through.

As what dino said. Diff is the way to go. But why? No way you can normally reach the 144 of the standard is on English roads anyway.

You can fit the 3.7 final gear drive. It was an option from TTE for the IS200 TTE Supercharger (but never reached the market from what i know). It increases the top speed from 133miles to 146miles. The only disadvantage is that you feel a bit less power and less acceleration. It is worth if you have a supercharger or a turbo coversion. It is being fitted in some Gernan and Austrian lexus Is200 with no problems. Also you must do some conversion in the wiring on your cluster from what they told me, because the speed reading is taken from diff. I am not sure about this though.

No speed is taken from the gear box final drive. But you will have to adjust as its calculated from there to compensate for the diff and wheel size.

If you put the Diff in from the Auto this increases the acceleration but the trade off is the cruising speed noise is significantly increased and fuel usage is also increased. I did have one (auto diff) in my IS200 and swapped it back to normal fairly quickly (Altezza LSD).
