Blimey???? i not posted on here for ages.... lots has happened in the last week or so as i wanted to get lots of stuff done that i been planning before 1st June when its back on the road again, so here goes.......

1st thing was to install my high flow fuel pump, not a Walbro though, its an HRC 255 lph pump but it dont have the high pitched "Walbro wine" and its guaranteed for 2 years, so out the tank came

And in with the pump

and a nice new Toyota fuel filter too

And while the tank was out i added to the underseal

Next day the painted tank was refitted

and i turned my attention to the brake discs, they got painted black as i was fed up with them looking rusty through the wheels

Then i fitted an undertray to the front of the car which i have had here since last Sept

Using stainless steel socket head bolts and stainless washers

Then fitted some DRLs to the front (daytime running lights) that only come on with the engine running, IGN on only and they off (other wise known as wank3r lights lol)

There quite discreet and cant be seen unless your on your hands and knees or your another road user

and i got my HKS hard pipe powder coated in the same Chrome finish as the rest of my engine bits but that meant i had to send it to the people who did the rest of it in Norfolk but they done a great job and all for £25 delivered back to me

End result under bonnet with P.A.S res and cap tidied up and new HKS rad cap, And those of you with eagle eyes may notice the nice stainless steel cable tie shaped to hold the vac pipe on the HKS hard pipe?

End result from behind

End result from the front

and now its on the road and legal, just need to fit 2 new gauges, boost and engine temp and my HKS fuel controller and its done but for now the Mines ecu isnt doing a bad job of controlling the 550cc injectors, its just a tad rich over 30% throttle BUT f**k me does it shift now there fitted, lol

No can do, need to put money towards getting the GT4 on the road next, turbo rebuild, MOT and 6 months tax will see best part of £300 disappear BUT this will be driven in all weather, sh!te or other wise, in fact the worse the better lol

Sunday afternoon i got my HKS super AFC installed and tuned.

Instead of connecting directly to the loom at the ECU i made up a pre loom soldered to the main loom at one end and using bullet connectors to the units main loom so the engine loom can be removed from the car easily should the need ever arise.

Its currently just sitting in the ash tray hole but soon enough il get cutting to make it a right nice fit in the ash tray its self.

Currently i have 11 correction points at every 500 rpm from and including 1500rpm, the fueling has been trimmed to -17% up to 4000rpm at which point its -16% then from 4500rpm up its at -15% and this had made a huge difference to the air/fuel ratios when on medium throttle so that's good but there are other functions still to tune some time soon.
