Is that the blue wire from the parrot end (the one that go's into the blue box) and which it the mute from the head unit!
I believe its red and white?

Dragging up an old thread...


Just connected a Parrot MKI9200 in my IS200. Hands cut to shreds getting to the ****** amplifier connector but it's in.

Then connected the secondary mute as the system muted everything apart from the O/S/N speaker so all good now apart from the stock stereo isn't as loud as before. It sounds like it's capped.

Is it because the odd blue box in the SOT lead can't cope with it?

This is the SOT lead I bought

Hi Ray, in the end i ditched the stock radio for a Sony and they run iso connection as do the parrots, so was just plug n play for me.

Cheers mate,

I was going to leave the stock stereo in for now. The CD-Player actually works...

I've seen a Pioneer double din Satnav thing but at £400 it needs to wait as other things for the car take priority.

I think February is a nice time for the CD-Player to give up.... :biggrin:
