normally when u open a dispute if the other party doesn't respond they find in your favour, but truth is both parties can contantly respond to each other and it just goes nowhere, I generally have a good look at what i'm buying and who i'm buying from before sendin any money anywhere

They found in my favour, money returned.. Thank goodness. I should have read his feedback before dealing with him, seems he does this more often than not.

I bought a stealth shelf for my old Megane, was awful when I received it so returned it (via courier) company said they never received it (I had the signed confirmation and the driver who delivers there often said he saw it at the back of the warehouse from when he dropped it off two weeks previous). I complained to them and paypal. Paypal blatantly ignored all my emails including the one where I sent the signed receipt. In the end I was accused on ebay for fraud. I gave up as I was never going to get anywhere and for the sake of £50 I'd rather have my sanity, than keep up with the service I was getting. I now try and use paypal as little as possible as I don't trust them and found the service really poor.
