5mm I also got a cable tie in there to make it tighter as silicone is soft.

Yea 38mm I had a plate made to join it and the by pass has a rubber seal so when you tighten the 3 bolts it's sealed.

I used these guys called creations Motorsport on eBay and it's a small but you need rather than buy the size in meter piping
