Congrats on the loss mate, and the gain of a new job!!! Big Grin

I need to look at my weight after my operation as i have put on a bit already and im not happy with my weight. As i have NO energy whatsoever at the moment i just am putting on a bit. Plus after my op i will be housebound (pretty much) for 3 months so will probably end up worse off.

Keep up the good work mate Big Grin

good stuff Patrick, if you ever need any diet/exercise advise give me a shout I worked as a Personal Trainer and dietary consultant for 4 years.

My clients average weight loss just through diet alone was 2.3kg's per week Smile

Thanks

It's never too late to start. What kind of operation are you going to have, mate?

That's awesome, thank you. I'll be sure to ask you before trying anything silly. I'm pretty tempted to try an all omelette diet, omelette for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That would be interesting, but I've got a feeling that wouldn't be the best thing to do

Thanks mate. I have to say no, actually. I can still eat a nice juicy steak with bearnaise sauce, it's just that I'll have to replace the french fries or potatoes with salad. Still yummy Smile

The only thing I really long for is a big hot dog with räksallad (don't know what its called in English.. shrimp-something) and roasted onion... just look at this beauty

Marsdendean How big was you then if you don't mind me asking.

I'm roughly around 89KG, and im around 6ft 2 tall.
I'm 6ft 1" and your weight is pretty much my goal. I have weighed 90kg since I was around 17 years old, until a few years ago.

Before I started this weight project I took som full body photos of myself for comparison. However, I'm too embarassed about them to show them right now but I will post them along with my final result pictures when I'm there

The clothes I'm wearing make me look a bit smaller, it's when I take my shirt of you can tell I need to drop a few kilos. This is a picture of me at around 100kg (my current weight)

My face in this picture is a lot rounder than it used to be. Add 5 kgs and that's where I started a few weeks ago.

Edit:
Ah, what the hell... heres the upper half of the before-pictures I took.

No problem, mate Smile

Right now I'm on my diet and I'm walking between 1 and 2 hours per day. My plan is to reach my goal of 85-90kg and then start going to the gym again. I recently had a surgery because one of my legs was a bit damaged and that sort of limits my possibilities at the gym. I can do everything that concerns the upper body, but that feels like it could be a bad idea to go for Huh
