Hi Jay,

Quick look on the net found me the following details

2001 HID Lexus IS200
Dipped beam = D2R
Main Beam = HB3/9005

they dont display a 2004 model with HID as standard ?

Aha, that explains the difference in the diagram then, looks like only the dip is HID, I never knew that, I thought the main beams were as well ! Sure enough, the main beam part number is the same as for non-HID headlamps (i.e. halogen).

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

may be we can add the info to the list put up before so everybody can find it... gave me a lot of head scratching. and the thing is i work for toyota and all i get is the part numbers

Nope Lexus have never used bi-xenon headlamps, the main beams are always normal bulbs.
