I have had a similar problem with them, this will be my third year with them, each time I've set up a new policy as it's cheaper to look through comparison websites or (as I have a multicar policy with the gf) to do one in her name. They are so quick to take the money from the last policy (each time I've cancelled the renewal), and from what I can tell they don't pass messages onto other departments.
Do you still have your old policy number? If so that would be it if they have just renewed your old policy.
I'm a bit worried it's credit card fraud - hope you get it sorted soon
What about my idea Ian ??
Make them feel bad and say how sorry they are !!!!!!!!!!!!
But more fun my way, and more satisfying when you lose the plot with them .
Cant beat it :Chair:
Yeah, one of the good things about paying for things on credit card is that they can sort it all out for you if something goes wrong, though it can take several weeks.
And a years free insurance.
