Yeah, i know. Just had another look and the bonet won't open. Can see down the gap where the bonet has buckled that the top of the radiator has moved. So think the damage is pretty extensive. :*( if the car gets written off, will certainly try buy it back off the insurance company. Just got to wait now. And I hate waiting.

Sorry to see to hear the bad news mate, if you repair it yourself I do have a couple of grilles you can have, one is an SE and the other is a LE grille, yours if you want it mate and dont need any payment at all.

Just picked up a temp car, Heathers mum has lent me her little Honda Jazz (keeping it Jap at least) so at least I can get around.
Got two working days till the garage pick up my car. Not sure if today counts as I claimed first thing. And get a curtisy car when they get mine. Good luck to the garage as its based in Selby! And I think that is one of the worst hit areas!

And the crashbar behind the bumper seems to be alright.
The bonet seems to have taken the brunt of it. And the top crossbeam that the bonet hinge is attached to is well bent.
So it needs, new bumber, bonet, and top crossbeam. Do you think this is enough to write off a 11year old car??? I hope not!

I assume you need new headlights too - it'll probably be close but I think that should be repairable.
