Is yours a manual or auto? They were a bit stupid with me which is why negotiations didn't really get anywhere, mine's an 02 on 58k and they were offering £2800 which I said was rubbish (as Edgware Road offered me £4500 only a little while earlier)
I'm guessing they'll try and screw you more as yours is red, but if they're getting desperate they might be more negotiable, plus they've already knocked £2500 off the asking price compared to when I spoke to them.
Go in with a starting cost to change around £21-22k and see what they say :biggrin:
