Same with the cover that's under the engine mate, just remove it and put it somewhere safe, if its going to be coming off again in the future(saves modifying it)

When i first fitted it to mine i never even fastened the intercooler in place, just slid it up behind the bumper, the pipework kept it in place? but if you do decide to keep it you can always fasten it at a later date?

if you do do what bandit says in regards to the intercooler remember and make sure all your pipework is secure and all clips are tight....you dont wanna loose the intercooler lol...

Yerh. Its the one that comes from the little yellow coolant cap Smile.

We will take the charger back off anyway to twist the power steering hose away and get charger back ontop. Smile Cheers
