So, the answer really is to combine meets wirh other clubs in the current economic climate !
Well, that would be a cool thing, but in honesty I think it would be hard to get 25 members available all at the sane time. If you look at any meet that's set up how many can or do make it along :-( Last meet I organised resulted in no other members making an appearance sadly :-(

I think we could do it, just look at me I travel hundreds of miles just to go to a meet.

Venue - The event is at North Weald Areodrome, if you google it youll find it, from memory its the first Junction of the M11 once you get on it from the M25
Date - Confirmed - Sunday May 15th.
Time - 8.00 am for 8.30 driver briefing
Lunch - Leave at 12.00, all organised, and in the price sunday roast and desert.
Country pub with a big flat car park
(Meals will need to be chosen before the day, so the pub will have them ready for us)
(pay for your own drinks)
Start again at 13.00 sharp
You can have more than i driver per car
(Extra payment required for lunch only)
Price - Per car and 1 Driver £72
Each additional Driver/Passenger £16.00

Steamed Treacle Sponge
Caramel & Chocolate Banana Sundae

dodgydave I think your find that this clashes with Japfest down at Castle Coombe, it's on Saturday 14th and I think a lot of Outlaws are going to that.
I realise that, I will more than likely be one of them on the 14th myself if i can move a booking.. especially since i missed out on Marongoni
