6x9 Speaker Replacement..
I have had an In-Phase JA790 amp for a few years and it is an awesome budget amp. It has lived under the passenger seats of my Celica Turbo (AT200), Celica ST182, Celica VVTi (T230) and soon to live in the Lexus.
I have also installed it in a few customers' cars.

Id assume the Hertz are better
Ok I'm split between 2 set of speakers, not sure which to get. Can anyone helo me decide which is better spec

If, like me you are on a budget, there are loads of 6 x 9s on eBay. I got my infinitys for £12 and they are quality.

Do you mean the mb quart can be fitted without modifications? Or would the mdf still be needed
Ok well ive seen the MDF rings on ebay for less than £8. Im kinda on a budget yes, but being as I already have an amp my speaker budget is a bit higher than it would be if I didnt have an amp.

15-05-2018, 12:27 PM #19Still need mdf. The only advantage is they use the same feeds of the oem amplifier, so updated sound without the need for a new rear amp.
