Could this have been done to bandits charger, seeing as its so much louder than anyone else's?

Sounds promising for all you S/C guys. Only question is, doesn't the grinding down of the pulley remove the V shape of the ribs, reducing surface area and introducing potentially more slip?

Was in my local down with mates yesterday, coming out of subway there was this guy in an old BMW 5 series which sounded quite powerful as he revved it at the lights, but there was a platinum ice IS200 behind him, thought oh ok nice Lexus, but as mr BMW shot off from the lights, the Lexus guy put his foot down and massive whine came from it and it looked like it had a lot of torque just how fast it came off the line, obviously they were having some kind of play, the BMW driver was proper booting it and the Lexus was right up his ass, but didn't see any intercooler? Sounded good though

cant see that grinding down the pulley does that much as the belt run is still the same, all this will do is make the belt not sit properly in the ribs, and like Jim said less contact area

LOL sounds like were going to need a charger sound off comp soon :lol::lol: mine is very loud and still not heard another like it, also hits 0.4 bar all the time on the hks gauge, and hopefully the bigger 160mm pulley will be on soon :thumbup1:
