"OK folks I've come up with a little bit of a plan so I don't get all in a tiff on the day (It's known to happen!). Obviously Hami and I will be there for 3pm so for anyone that is actually on time we'll be there!
I will have a gap of 15mins to set up and I'm hoping for any models that are planning to come down or any females that fancy having their photos taken I'm going to kick start with them for a little while (Make sure to get there for 3pm please!). Otherwise I can fit them in during photographing individual cars if anyone wants to pose against a certain car!
Obviously the next thing is to get in to photographing individual cars which I'm planning on picking out a few locations in this area we're meeting to change it around for different models of car etc. So if everyone could park together and stay out the way of these places (You'll find out more when you turn up!)
So that will go on for as long as it takes for me to get through everyone's cars that actually want to have their car photographed.
After I've finished doing individual photos that's when we'll organise a few different group photos for everyone that turns up on the day. Group photos of cars and some of people to!
That'll then wrap up and whoever wishes to will vacate to Harlow Town Park to chill out on the green and can even take a few more photos in that car park depending on how busy it is etc. There's a pub called The Greyhound there! We'll try and all stick together if we can otherwise here's the addy -

That may seem like an obvious plan to most but just wanted to get it out there as this is an organised photo shoot with yours truly. I take it very professionally and like to have a plan. Now fingers crossed for a ****** warm day And looking forward to meeting everyone!"

Be good to have you there seeing as you're a model :thumbup1: - Think there's only one promo girl from Infinity Mods so if we could have the two and especially one from each club it looks good for the photos and promotion of your clubs lol
