Can i request that anyone wishing to attend gets the deposit in asap for this show in order that we dont have to move of our pitch due to increasing numbers as a rush at the last minute

Right guys and girls with the fast show being so heavily booked now we are unable to extend that plot this close to the show. With this happening i cant stress how important it is to get your deposits in for the shows of full payment way ahead of the show date. This enables the club to get a good location on tarmac where we wont have an issue for low cars, it also allows due to us being regular attendees the possibilty of getting the same plots roughly each year which means we can camp on the stand with the cars etc.
