i replaced the toe control arms and afterwards had exactly the same problem as you describe, i checked for fault codes, nothing. my mate has the toyota tester, again nothing, i took the wheels off and 1 sensor was not fully seated in the mounting hole, but the bolt was fully home.

I cant really describe it any simpler TBH. take the wheels off and check the sensors are fully into the hub, NOT JUST A QUICK GLANCE A REAL PROPER LOOK, even better, remove them, clean any **** from the sensor tip and refit them.

Did u take all the grease off them? We gave them a good clean and put them back on as what we thought as proper. Looks like tomos will be a long day. Both my wheels off an my dads to use as an example and lots of trial and error

Guessing here, but is the sensor torqued correctly ? Could it just be coming loose, or you've done it too tight and it's sitting wrong ?

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

have a look at the online manual - you will see a good diagram of the sensor not installed properly

Have u got a link to the online manual page? Im gona take them off tomos. Clean them then put then back in slowly and start of with say 4 turns of the thread and try that then another turn if not. Just sounds like its gonna be alot of trial an error. :-(
