IS200s with 18" wheels are the same ride height as 17" wheels if you're using "normal"-sized tyres, because although the wheel is slightly bigger, the tyre has a smaller sidewall. So the overall diameter of the wheel is the same, give or take a few mm.

However, with bigger wheels, it normally "looks" lower, but that's just an optical illusion - i.e. the shiny wheel filling more of the arch.

P.S. Sorry Lew, that we're hickacking your "Welcome" thread ! Big Grin

IS200 Turbo project now just about complete ! See my thread here and leave your comments.
Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !

Thanks, cut and paste error lol. The correct link is this one  (though for some reason, at time of posting, it's not working. Hopefully just a temporary glitch ?)

I had a fiddle with your link and came up with this variant which points where you wanted... I think Smile

Anyhoo Lew, if we can't help you here , the manuals are indeed online for you to have a good nosey through...

thanks haha, i actually logged on over the weekend for the first time in months!

currently got my IS up on wheel ramps changing my clutch (fun job...NOT)

spent from 9.30am to 4.30pm doing it and the box isnt even back on yet!

first and last time i ever attempt an inline clutch me thinks! (done loads of transverse without any bother!)

i even had to cut a spanner in half to get one bolt out!

but yeah... old thread.com
