keep your nose clean with regards to any employes that still work there dont mention anything about the case to them or anyone that may be able to discuss it with them this could be damaging to your case.
i wont go into the in's and outs of my case as not allowed to, but what i will say is any letters you get from the companys insurance just post back tot hem with your solicitors details in and state they are handling this all correspondence need to go through them. compnay solicitors hate this as they know they cant intimidate other solicitors :lol:
