Hello to all
2tongues Are the Sport Max not semi- run flats? and SP 01 normal? If so is there a difference between the front and back causing this issue?
i feel sure Sport Max can be run flat for a limited distance at low speed.

I'm pretty sure you can get the Sport Maxx as a non-runflat - I think the XF my brother just bought is on Sport Maxx tyres but not run-flats.
I think you need the XL tyres on the IS, but not sure if the dunlops are available as both XL and non-XL so have a look at the tyres to be sure.
Phil01 so did this fault happen after the bent TRE, and what tyres were you running before this happened??
It appears the fault manifested after steering work before any tyre issues were looked into!

Phil01 Have you checked the bushes in the steering rack mounting for wear, was it a used rack or new that you replaced it with??

Phil01 Only other option you have is to bite the bullet and pay an hrs labour at a Lexus dealer for diagnoses on the reason what is causing this instability,
Then pay for the repair, if it is not rectified then dont pay for the repair
