I would make sure you check the glass over and speak to previous customers becuase that sounds to good to be true if its everything for that price.
Don't want you walking into a nightmare of a job. The reason people say Autoglass is because they have been doing it for years and have perfected the trade and suppliers.
I would suggest in future you get insurance that has windscreen cover for peace of mind

They supply the glass and fit for £160. I'm surprised at that I know we charged £80 to remove and refit but that didn't include new glass,trims.

Just to add I never worked for Autoglass I worked for a rival of theirs RAC Autowindscreens who no longer exsist because they where better then we could have ever been.

12-10-2018, 02:45 PM #24I am in a catch 22 situaion here. I bought the car with the windscreen broken. gotta get it fixed before I can get MOT. I will ask questions and view windscreen or no deal.
