**URGENT** Stands at Japshow **URGENT**
if it makes a difference, although I have ordered 7 tickets, I think only 3 of them have cars coming.

On a second note this is why it so important for the club to get your ticket funds early to ensure the club can get the right spots each time.
I do feel for the people that have shown commitment early...
A club is about being together and having a great time.
For what it is worth I would have one nice car in the small area at the front and put up signs to say that Outlaws are too big for this space and come visit our site at the rear to see our club cars and meet the members.

06-05-2021, 11:21 PM #33At the end of the day, this is one of many shows, yes a split stand is not the ideal situation, but, it should remind everyone to cough up earlier for tickets. Early birds get the best breakfast.

06-05-2021, 11:29 PM #34I'd say 1 and 3...we're all friends here and surely as long as everyone's on show it shouldn't matter which stand you're on? It's also the most random way of doing it so no one can complain if they're not where they want to be.

06-05-2021, 11:36 PM #35It's been touched on, but no one seems to have actually said it and lots of people are talking about getting in early with tickets......but from what I can see, that wouldn't have helped here. The issue is that the grandstand spot cannot be expanded right? So that's not because people didn't pay soon enough, it's because the show organisers don't want to expand it? If so, this will be the same next year, regardless of how soon you buy your tickets, so if the club grows, holding onto that stand may not be an option anyway. As for paying up early, I did that for Japfest (Admittedly not with this club), we paid LAST year for this years tickets, then couldn't go.......not doing that for every show.

06-05-2021, 11:49 PM #36It would have helped here, there is only so much tarmac in that area and you cannot reserve space here for what might be 30/40/ or 50 cars without buying those tickets - if other clubs in that area have expanded their stands over past months as ppl paid then it's always a risk there will just be no more room if you leave that request to a few weeks before the event.

People would see just how big we are even moreso walking down the strip, Outlaws, road, thinking it's the end, then ooh outlaws again! May need more of those feather banners though eh.
