They drink fuel like heck.... But very fun to drive by all accounts.
i drive like a bat out of hell ( they cant take my driving license) so i have no idea but i fill up 2 times a month and drive 7km to work and 7 back..... heavy foot or what... 150lt a month ......
just like to drive the car and it don't matter how much gas i tank.....
Im actually getting really fed up with the fuel consumption in my lexus now...........im actually thinking of selling up!!!!!! I just don't have the same feelings i did about the car when i first bought it.
Before i wouldn't dream about selling the car as i loved it and i also liked the owners club that went with it. As we now have a new mixed jap car club it is actually easier for me to get rid of the car. Sarah really doesn't want me to sell my car as she really loves it but i just have no love for it anymore.
Thats why im not on here much as i really don't like my car anymore, what has happened???? i want to try something new, but will i regret it? and should this be a new post topic :Fish:
Jason
Marsdendean I would say yes you will regret it. Despite im fed up with the MPG of mine, it still makes me smile when i look back on it in a car park, the leather seats and all the toys that go with it.
Its very easy to say "i could sell mine an get a skyline or something 2x fast" but would it be as nice to drive and be in?

Don't rush into a decision Jason, but if you really are bored with it, then why not get something new ? It might rejuvenate your interest and make you excited about your car again and really want to drive it ?
Marsdendean Go for a skyline or something which you can get a swap for, that way any money you do have can be spent tidying it up or making it faster.
I still like my Lexus, but its prob the best car i've owned. Ive had a rover 214 twin cam 16V rover, vw bora 1.6, peugeot 306 1.4 seat leon 1.9tdi and the lexus is the best. But im sure i will get bored of mine over time!

NOT an MX5 please, 200SX very nice IF you can find a good non abused one.
What about the Nissan Pulsar GTi-R or RX7 / 8 - very fast easy to tune and bullet proof mechanicals again if you can find a non abused one.
