My car has just gone in for its turbo conversion. So it will be at least a couple of weeks or so, possibly more, sorry.

My car limits boost when the engines cold to stop you blowing it up before the oil's caught up... but at the moment it really really struggles from cold. When I first start it it won't rev past about 2.5k, it just hesitates and coughs and splutters. Feels really lumpy. As soon as the temp gauge even moves slightly it's fine though... I've been told it may be the water temp sensor (my car has 2, one for the dash temp gauge and 1 for the ECU) so I gotta go break out the multimeter!

Once it's warmed up you get full boost so quickly in the cold weather it's a bit scary!

Heathers MR2 is running sweet in this weather - boosts very quickly also.

totally worn out and broken, shouting 'Holy ****, WHAT A RIDE!'"
