i dont understand why people remove the abs sensors anyway!!!!theirs no need no need at all!!!!!!
remove the sensors and get a fine bit of emery paper and clean up the hole that the sensor fits into and clean the flat surface the sensor bolts on too!!
if the sensors sitting sqint,further away than the other one the car thinks your skidding their for the abs kicks in..

exactly....... no need to remove them for the springs.

john - the bolt will make no difference, it needs to be tight, the sensor just needs to be properly installed.

bandit has it below,

when i had the same problem i looked in the manual and iw as sure it showed a pic of the sensor at a squew angle but it doesnt so apologies for that.

im just gonna take one wheel off me dads and then mine and see if theres a diff, just gonna be trail and error i think

i cant see the manual anyway even though i have the advise programes to view it

As rob mentioned, abs sensor wasnt seated correctly, put the old mans car back together then ill upload pictures and make a problem solving thread
