Hi guys,
Bit of an update on the new garage as some progress has been made. Kindly, Jamie from the supra club organised for his friend Darren to come over and we laid a latex self levelling compound over the concrete. Was a nasty job to do as it was so uneven before, but Darren did a great job. I let this fully dry and for the last day and a half i've been laying the dyno tiles. They have gone down great this time compared to when i tried pre latex compound going down. Electrics are also now in as is the main lighting. I will still put a few lights here and there. Time for another lick of paint, then i'll get the storage in, desk area, more pics and banners etc.
What do you think?

Thanks Terry, and for your FB message to. Originally i wanted to go with black and white chequered but was concerned about tyre marks etc on the white. They offered a dark and light grey so i went for the light in the end. Out of all of them, the red seem the easiest to mark
Hi everyone, well a new car has entered our family. My girlfriend and i fancied a summer toy, although really wanting an AC Cobra it was unrealistic at this point so we started looking at kit cars, westfields etc.
However we scrapped that plan, and now have a 98 4.6 litre TVR Chimaera sat in the garage. Few bits have been done to the car such as alloys, GAZ Gold adjustable shocks, uprated brakes, front wings and lights have been changed and look similar to a tuscan or speed six lights, few interior mods, exhaust upgrade and a 4.6 litre works engine from TVR with uprated cams and a few other bits. It is such a joy to drive, feels very solid and the sound is to die for
Really looking forward to spending a few days detailing this but we are off in a convoy tomorrow to Brooklands museum breakfast club so today will just be giving it a good tart up. Probably get the DA out and cover it in glaze and wax and just give it a good tidy for now. I'llk do a propper writeup as soon as time allows.
Her is a quick pic from the iphone once we got her home
