Speaking for myself I wouldn't buy a modified car unless I knew its history intimately well... A few searches in Google would have turned up posts on here regarding the car and given the buyer pause for thought or at least an idea of what he was getting into and an angle to negotiate from...

The buyer should of also realised it should have 18" wheels.
Hence why in the drivers door pillar giving tyre size and pressure
