The barbs on them are 12mm whereas the power steering tubing is 10mm ID so it means you need to heat up the tubing a bit to get it to fit over.
I bought two of them and have zip tied them to the bolt holes where the horns go (if you've relocated them). I'd imagine that if the horns are in the stock position you could just zip tie them directly to the horns.
Oh and don't use silicone vacuum hose for carrying the fluid. I used some as a temporary measure while I waited for some rubber hose, and I came out to my garage only to find one of the hoses had split and dumped all my PAS oil on the floor
No hardship though as I wanted to flush it all out and run slick 50 anyway
