Here was what i was faced with when i removed my drivers wheel and my dads drivers wheel to compare

My dads!

Mine

So i removed the sensor and filled the sensor hole with a glove

1 piece of emery cloth

I then set about cleaning the area around the sensor where the bolt clamps in, this is afterwards

No more pictures after this stage but basically i refitted it and did the same turned out it was just a really tight fit, i slight tap with a mallet! (being carefull not to go to hard) it sat flush, problem solved

Now running standalone Syvecs ECU and no stock ECU !
