the balls are welded to the bracket. I think in the originals strutts, the top bracket(hood part) is longer than this one which gives it more allowance. Can somebody post a pic of the top bracket of the original one(IS IT PPROLEX)?

Mazda CX7. 2.3 Turbo MPS. Corksport air intake. Turbo Smart dual port.

I did! Was pretty simple in the end but a little modification was needed. I had to cut down the bracket on the drivers side wing so it would miss the ABS bolt.

Other than that they work perfectly! :thumbup:

Maybe it fits well on non UK IS cars where the ABS is located at front near the right headlight.
