Sorry but I cant see the logic here, you could get rid of the lex and save money each month on fuel and car payments, but you are going to spend about £700 on getting it sorted. when you could pay the £550 and get what you wanted.
Even though you had to put the £550 on you're credit card

Lexus IS200 Mods--TTE Supercharger, Tein Superstreet Coilovers & EDFC, 6000K HID Lights, HKS Silent High Power Exhaust, DBA Front Discs, Kenwood DNX9240 Head Unit, 19" Rims, TRD Kit, FIGS Bonnet Struts, Greddy Pillar Pod & Defi Gauges, TTE Red ARBS . And Been To WIM twice

1) because i dont have a credit card

2) because i re-qouted insurance with the addition of a claim and no-one would insure me on even a 1.9 astra for less than £1,800,

which would completely negate the whole effort and leave me another £40 a month worse off in the long run,

this way will save me the most moneys

No, the paint code is only on the panel in the engine bay, as far as I'm aware. As you say, with blue you need to be careful because there are two very similar blues ! Can you find out the age of the car it came off ?

as above, Gap insurance is relevant on write offs.
But firstly, no one was hurt, thats the most important thing FULL STOP !

Second, the market on car sales in dealerships is poor, so you can gaurantee they will bend over backwards to help yopu sort it :thumbup1:

Sorry, I'm being dumb, this is an IS220 right ? I was thinking of the IS200. But if the same is true on the IS220 then presumably they changed shade at a particular date/year ?
