Sorry for lack of updates guys - I've kinda had enough now Sad

I thought I'd solved the electronics issue with the car by plugging in some 'relay cleaner' box that was bolted to the washer bottle. However, it was only a placebo fix, as the problem came back later that evening.

It does seem to still be the 120A ALT fuse that's causing the problem. I've ordered a new one from Lexus Southend, but I'm not quite sure how I'm going to get down there on Monday to pick it up.

However, the ALT fuse is bolted in place and the fuse box has an inner part that needs lifting out in order to get to the bolts. Both me, Oli and Phil tried to get it out last night with no luck Sad

And lets not even talk about the injectors. Poor old Phil and Oli completely stripped the top of the engine apart, pulled all the injectors out and then we found that the injectors I sent are more than likely the wrong ones Sad

HOWEVER...on the up-side (kinda). I spent 8hrs trimming the bumper to fit the intercooler. And after about 30 test fits I have finally got it to go on Smile

Changing the alternator Fuse

1. Take your battery out.
2. Remove the fuse box cover. Locate the two fuses. These two fuses cannot be removed because they are actually bolted down.
3. Unclip the pin holding the alternator cable so you will be able to lift the cable up later.
4. Remove the alternator cable from the fuse box.
5. Unclip the fuse panel so you can lift it up to reveal the screws holding the fuses down. This may be a little tricky. Don't use too much brute force, you might break the clips. Take your time, they will come out. There are 4 clips 2 at either end of the box
6. Unscrew the screws holding the fuses down. Then replace the fuses with new ones then screw the fuses back down. they are 8mm located on either side of the box
7. At this point you are pretty much done. Just do everything in reverse and test the car. Hope you didn't blow any other fuses! Use a multi-meter to check all the other fuses. Check your engine bay for any tools you may have left laying around.

Sounds like you got that from the same place as me mate. We tried that last night - no dice.

We unclipped all four clips and tried lifting it out by hand, by levering it and with plyers. No Joy
