Jambo It just bewilders me how zurich can claim their party was not at fault, for pulling out infront of you...
The trouble is, when you hit a car in front of you, usually the fault is assumed to be on *you* for not slowing down and for crashing into them. You have to show it's their fault, e.g. they blatantly pulled out without looking etc. Witnesses would work wonders.

well phoned direct line today.sorted this out,and what has happend is that the councal have not told there insurance that they where at fault but have told mine. so i don't have any excess to pay thank god.its in the hads of them to sort it all out now. all i need is the parts to get deleverd and my car back now.

well how long has it been now still waiting on my car back, poped in past on wedensday and car was just outside with the bonnet off and bumper, they have sprayed the wings etc. guy said should be done this week. that not going to happen, don't mind as long as its because they are making a good job of it. but have been with out the lex since the 7th of december.
