Your insurance policy will tell you who your insurance uses for this kind of job. I would check cos if you don't use theirs and you have a new screen you might find they won't pay it and I dunno about your car but a Supra windscreen is £850! I wish mine used autoglass cos they are usually much quicker than the one I had to use. I would call them today if it was my car, even the overnight temperature drop can be enough to make that spread and then you don't have the repair option and I had to wait three weeks for them to get a new windscreen for mine.

Cheers, just spoke to them and yep it's the same, it has to be done through them or they won't pay more than £50! National Windscreens do the work for Admiral (I'm guessing they must be ok?) and they've said they'll give me a call to arrange an appointment either later today or Tuesday morning due to the bank holiday (should really have called yesterday Rolleyes)

What to do is phone the number I gave you and we will tell you if you can use us.also I would take it in as if it's raining and you don't have a good sized garage then would have to put off. When you do book it in make sure you say if the mirror is on the glass or not as there is two types of screen for the lex the older ones are on the roof and new on the glass.

Thanks again mate, well it's booked in with National Windscreens for a repair on Tuesday morning, if it can't be repaired then it'll have to be replaced but they said they'll have a go first.

Yep I'll remember to tell them the mirror thing if it needs replacing, also is there a problem with the wiper heater elements or is that on all of them?

They all have the elements bud.national are part of us anyway they use the same training centre so all should be fine. Not sure if they have a life time workmanship cover for the time you own the car.but just ask let me know how it turns out

Had the screen repaired yesterday and all looks well, can still see it from some angles but not too fussed about that, actually quite impressed at how they can repair these cracks.

All in all pretty pleased it cost nothing and I don't need to replace the screen
