anyone know anything about bass guitars
its a ARIA PRO II bass
from the super bass series but not sure which series
it was designed and approved by H NOBLE and MATSUMOKU
any help would be great as ive seen these go from 100-1500 which is a big difference

Do you have any idea what the year of manufacture is? It should have a tag on the back of the headstock, or a tag on the back of the body where the neck joins. This would help a lot. If not it may have a serial number or even model number in the places i mentioned, if you send me that i may be able to find out its value.
Its a shame im so skint at the moment, or i would be interested in taking it off your hands

If you could get some pics of it i should be able to confirm this

Ok the number 555719 is just the patent number for the body. The other number is the settings for the truss rod. From the patent number i would guess it from 81-85. I would say a value of £250-300. Obviously if you could get it to a guitar shop they may be able to value it more accurately.

ive just spoke to him about that and they should be in my email in afew minutes hes just said at the top of the head was this number 008035 not sure if its a serial or what does this relate to a date

I would still value it the same at £250-300.
Ok that is the serial number which helps a bit. As it says Matsumoku on it confirms that it is a genuine japanese bass and not a korean copy. The serial number would suggest that is in fact a 1980 model, so earlier than i thought.
