jsj24uk As soon as we get to the bottom of attitude, we'd have cracked it. Untill then, keep your eyes peeled and always assume that every other motorist out there, unconciously wants to kill you.

This I can't argue with Smile

As someone who has a lot more experience with learner drivers than I do I'm sure you're right, it's just sad that attitudes are such that people have no respect for having a license before they can drive. (same with insurance, MOTs, road tax, etc. - if you accidentally forget to renew that's fair enough but doing it deliberately just makes you a w****r

I was wondering the other day, I see cars all the time that couldn't possibly have MOTs - there should be a number you can call and report these cars :thumbup1:

I seem to remember hearing somewhere that lots of people did call the police after a similar suggestion was made on a tv show years ago and the police said they couldn't do anything unless they actually caught the vehicle on the road and they didn't have the resources to follow up these calls .. sadly

Haha, that is so true

I agree with you actually on all of that, and yes it must be much harder for you as a woman (without being rude) - as a guy we are expected to love our cars so if we pay loads of attention to them we're a bit weird but it's understandable, must be much harder in your shoes!

But with the joys of ANPR now cars could be added to a register so if it gets flagged they get pulled over Smile

There is its the Police. Once you have reported it they have to investigate, you may never know what was the outcome but at leas you know you have done your bit. There is a really smoky IS220 going about I hear:whistling:

totally worn out and broken, shouting 'Holy ****, WHAT A RIDE!'"

lol it is a funny subject and views on it,

my view is i look in the carpark at work and notice all the girls cars have kerbed wheels, dinged doors, scraped wings

all the guys cars are immaculate

I guess it could also depend on how many incidents are actually reported?

theres nothing to say that out of 50 women and 50 men, all 50 men reported scratching their door, but only 20 women did

which would lead to the mens accidents ratio being higher??

getting away from the whole "bravado" of men being better than woman, and woman relying on facts stating mena re worse etc etc

all ive ever taking from my life experiences is men drive like bumholes, and woman crash more than i see men crash

EG: Sheila's wheels used to be the cheapest for female car isnurance,.........their prices soon rocketed!!!

Only thought about it as I saw a Previa yesterday and it's right rear wheel was wobbling so violently that the whole rear of the car was shaking as it drove down the A406 at 60mph Confusedhock:

How on earth people feel fine driving these things I have no idea.........

It's interesting actually, I've only ever had 2 crashes and both times I was hit by a man (but both were immigrants, wonder if that's relevant? :whistlingSmile

But then my brothers only been hit by women I think........so guess it's swings and roundabouts really.

lol yeah i guess so

ive been hit 3 times, all by women

2 pulled out of junctions without looking,

the other one drove into me on a roundabout, i was forced to become stationary mid roundabout as funnily enough a woman driver decided to try and undercut a lorry and wedged the car under his trailer, the woman entering the roundabout was texting her friend!!!
